Our basic online calculator is the Quick Simulator. Simple and conceptual, the Quick Simulator is branded by licensees and features customised product presets. The Sales Licence is ideal for retail branch operations with multiple loan-writers.

Great value for retail operations with 40 industry Users or more, the Sales, Marketing and Service Licence features all sales, marketing and post-sale calculators, with branding and customised product presets included.

Intermediary

Under the Intermediary Licence, all sales and post-sale simulators are available to small business operators at affordable prices.

Website Calculator

No website calculator suite is complete without the Express Simulator; available separately under our Website Calculator Licence. Prospective borrowers provide an email address to receive a system-generated report showing potential years and interest saved. Product Display

Lenders can expose their products to our expanding list of Intermediary licensees by taking up a Product Display Licence, enabling a lenders products to be used in simulations by an abundance of mortgage brokers.

Open

Created for large financial institutions, the Open Licence provides licensees with the freedom to deliver eTracka to an unlimited number of professional and client users at an overall fixed price. When used across large customer bases, the Open Licence makes enormous commercial sense.

Service Programs

Licensees with packages including post-sale software for customers, can structure service programs to their business agenda. For example, licensees may create programs to include expense monitoring, loan tracking, surveys, cross-selling and referral gathering. Delivered electronically and by telephone, service programs can be kept in-house or outsourced to our specialist service team.

Introducer Agreements

For those who don’t necessarily want to use software, but do want to offer eTracka to customers as part of their duty of care, there is no licence fee payable. Instead, we pay commissions to any person or entity registered as an
Introducer of our consumer products, eTracka One or eTracka Patterns. The eTracka branded Quick Simulator is
provided free to all Introducers.
